SeamTailor Saga

I don't understand why seamstresses and tailors are always lying.  Did they go to school of lying and studied the course lying affairs and graduated with a first class degree? aahhbbaa!!! This is too much. Does this happen everywhere or just in Ghana? I really want to know.

Let me tell you guys a story. There was this day I gave my cloth to this tailor to sew a dress for me. He told me that by next week it will be ready so that I can come for it. I told him I will be there next week. The following week I went there and he told me it wasn't ready that I should give him another week. I asked him if he was sure. He said yes and I left.

I came back the following week and he told me it wasn't ready. I got furious and I told him to give me my cloth because he wasn't being honest and truthful to me. Even as I am speaking to you a seamstress has my cloth that is yet to be done. Can you imagine?

I hate this kind of treatment. Why can't they be truthful for once in their lives.

Are you the only one who knows how to sew, so you want to pale up alot of people's orders? Ah why? If you can't handle it, let it go to someone else who can.

Be truthful for once. I would rather prefer you telling me the truth to lying to me.

Tell me you have alot of orders on your hands so you can't deliver, that will even make me like you and that alone will let me know you are honest and truthful with your job. You also hold your clients in high esteem and you are professional in what you do. You also understand your business and the values it upholds. You also understand that you are the face of your business and you wouldn't want to have a bad reputation out there.

This is what I want. I know there are a few people out there who are on time. Am yet to find them tho because some of them are one time wonder. When you are a new customer they sew your clothes on time, immediately they get familiar with you they don't care how long your cloth stays there unattended to.

Please be sincere and honest in what you do. Abeg!!!

This is becoming too much. Change oo change.

Always remember "Lying and not being honest spoils your business"

The form One XpeRienCe (Senior High) Part 2

I was told the prep was going to be held at the dining hall since we haven't been given classes yet. I joined a batch of girls at the table and I opened a book to read. Some girls were just talking about what they did after they graduated from Junior high school and some were talking about trending things going on. I was just tired to even talk to anyone by the time I realized I was fast asleep. I don't know how fast the time went. After a while, I heard the siren and that immediately told me prep was over. I took my book and headed for the dormitory but first house prayers were made before we were allowed to enter into our dorms. I got in so exhausted. Immediately, I started packing my things because I didn't want to wait for tomorrow.  I didn't like where I was sleeping. My bed was right beside the door but hey there was nothing I could do since I came late.  Fortunately or unfortunately for me I ended up getting two school mothers; one was in form 3 and the other w...

The Form One XpeRienCe part 3

We got down and stood infront of them. I was told to go to bed since I just came today. The seniors told them to showcase their talents right infront of them. One of them sang a Jordan Sparks song titled 'No Air', another sang a gospel song and one senior said who could sing Brick and lace song 'Love is wicked'. At the time, that song was reigning and was the ish. They were just standing there, no one came forward. I was just lying on my bed and I was singing that song. I didn't know they were listening because I thought I wasn't that loud so when I stopped I realized the place was super quiet. The next thing I heard was 'form one girl get down' . I got up from my bed and stood infront of them then I was asked to sing the song I was singing. I did when I was done, I was asked to go back to bed and that was it. The next day was Saturday and I didn't know what to expect. I got to the bathroom to take my bath and I realized that the bathroom was an ope...

A Gift

Do you have a gift? Deep down do you know it?  God has given us all gifts; some have one others have more. You just have to know how to use it.  That thing you are carrying could be a lifesaver to another person, whether small or big it doesn't matter. That is what God gave you and you should use it to the best of your ability.   Don't just sit on it. Do something with it. People are waiting for you to use it. If you are there and you have a gift and you are not using it please start using it because is that important.  Get up and start using it. Get up right now and do it. God has reasons why he chose you and gave you the gifts because one day He is going to ask you what you did with it and how are you going to answer?  You don't want to be caught up in that situation. Be bold, Be brave and start using it. People are waiting for you. You are the one to heal them, you are the one to save them, you are the one to uplift them or you are the one to simp...
