Plan your Retirement

I have realized that in Ghana here people forget about retirement. I don't know if is the same in Foreign countries. I went to an investment seminar some time back and I realized that is just 30% of people save for their retirement which is very bad.

We have to cultivate the culture of saving towards that.

Before you do that, one must have a financial plan that will help you save.

First identify your goal. Look at the various investment options like Treasury bills, money market funds, pension, shares etc. and choose what you want.

Start from there. Buy yourself assets; it could be lands, buildings etc. that can also bring more money into your pocket.

You can also do research on investment just to have more ideas and knowledge about it. You can also speak to someone at a bank where you save your money to explain some strategies about financing to enable you make  good decisions when it comes to your finances or you can speak to a mentor who has a broader knowledge on financing who can coach you on what to do and how to go about it.

Don't end up working for 30 or 45years with nothing to show for it. Be smart so that you can enjoy during your retirement days.

Don't wait for tomorrow. Start Now for tomorrow might be too late.

Always remember "Plan your retirement immediately you start working and earning a salary".

RELATIONSHIPS (FUD 4 THOUGHT)

Everyone wants a fairy tale relationship  Where the story line goes like this On one bright Saturday afternoon at the mall I was just checking out some dresses when suddenly my purse fell I reached to pick it when he decided to do that for me I looked at him and it was love at first sight We started talking and it felt like we had known each other forever Shortly after we started dating This guy was just amazing He understood me and accepted my flaws  He was just my kind of man The love was deep and I loved every inch of it Years after, he popped the question   And I gladly accepted And we've lived happily ever after till now These kind of stories doesn't exist in reality Trust me....they don't In the beginning of every relationship is very lovely and sweet but getting to the middle of it, things become very sour And that is where questions start popping up in our  minds "Why is he/she doing this to me?, does he/she...

Fud for thought

Its been a minute since I last wrote on here. Sorry for keeping this long. Sometimes time get in the way. Having a lot of the things on your mind and forgetting some of the things that had to be done. Anyways, back to the main reason why am here. Everyone is unique in their own way. In terms of height, looks, talents etc. You can never be someone else even if you tried. As the saying goes " No on can be you and that's your power". Don't allow anyone or anything break you down. Love yourself regardless. Do what makes you happy. Don't go to places where you are tolerated but where you are celebrated. Don't allow anyone try to let you feel less of yourself because when God created 'You' He created us from his own image meaning that we are very much "UNIQUE".  Anytime you feel down always remember this.... Thanks for reading and visiting my blog. Love you all....mmuuuaahh!! Peace!!! Shalom!!!

Coronavirus Pandemic

The coronavirus has been a great disservice to mankind. The world is at a standstill and many businesses are down. We are told to stay at home, social distance ourselves, no shaking hands etc. To prevent this virus from spreading and killing people. People are panicking and being worried about everything that is going on. Fear has become people's second name all because of this pandemic. God says in his word that he has not given us fear but of hope and of a sound mind. We should not ahbor fear in ourselves for the Lord that we serve is bigger than any virus, any sickness, any disease. We should have faith in the Lord and declare that this too shall pass. For His word says mourning only lasts for a night but joy cometh in the morning so we should not panic but rather be hopeful. For the Lord that we serve will surely take us out from this pandemic and we will go about our lives again. I trust that when this is over bigger things are going to come our way because I feel this ...
