Better Ep. 13

Mr and Mrs Bradford were in the plane very exhausted after all the waiting. They ordered some water to cool off.

Meanwhile, the Assassins were finding a way to kill Dallas at the hospital without any traces. They sat down and drafted a plan on how everything was going to go down.

"Leslie!! What are you doing here. You never told me you were coming" said Adel trying to open her door

"Am so sorry, I had to come here for some money. I need to pay for some books and my provisions are finished". Leslie said whiles entering into the room

"Ah Leslie, I just gave you money not long ago and you are here to collect more? Do you think I plug money from trees? Am just trying my best to work hard and live a comfortable life" Adel said plainly

"I know sis but you know how uni is. There's alot of expenses please help me. You know you are the only one who can help me. Mum is retired" Leslie said pleading

"Leslie, you are a man and you must learn how to manage. Am just trying my best here. When I give you this money, do not show yourself infront of my doorstep because I won't be able to help you" Adel warned

"Thank you sis, I will manage. By the way am very hungry is anything in the house?" Leslie said

"There's stew in the fridge, you can warm and prepare some rice or yam. I 'll go to my room and freshen up. Don't forget to leave me some" Adel said

Leslie is Adel's little brother and the last born of the family. Their dad died when he was 10years old. After their mum retired from her job, Adel has been the one taking care of the family and her brother hopes that one day he will get a good job and he will be able to take care of the family so that his sister and mother will rest and enjoy their labour.

The form One XpeRienCe (Senior High) Part 2

I was told the prep was going to be held at the dining hall since we haven't been given classes yet. I joined a batch of girls at the table and I opened a book to read. Some girls were just talking about what they did after they graduated from Junior high school and some were talking about trending things going on. I was just tired to even talk to anyone by the time I realized I was fast asleep. I don't know how fast the time went. After a while, I heard the siren and that immediately told me prep was over. I took my book and headed for the dormitory but first house prayers were made before we were allowed to enter into our dorms. I got in so exhausted. Immediately, I started packing my things because I didn't want to wait for tomorrow.  I didn't like where I was sleeping. My bed was right beside the door but hey there was nothing I could do since I came late.  Fortunately or unfortunately for me I ended up getting two school mothers; one was in form 3 and the other w...

The Form One XpeRienCe part 3

We got down and stood infront of them. I was told to go to bed since I just came today. The seniors told them to showcase their talents right infront of them. One of them sang a Jordan Sparks song titled 'No Air', another sang a gospel song and one senior said who could sing Brick and lace song 'Love is wicked'. At the time, that song was reigning and was the ish. They were just standing there, no one came forward. I was just lying on my bed and I was singing that song. I didn't know they were listening because I thought I wasn't that loud so when I stopped I realized the place was super quiet. The next thing I heard was 'form one girl get down' . I got up from my bed and stood infront of them then I was asked to sing the song I was singing. I did when I was done, I was asked to go back to bed and that was it. The next day was Saturday and I didn't know what to expect. I got to the bathroom to take my bath and I realized that the bathroom was an ope...

SeamTailor Saga

I don't understand why seamstresses and tailors are always lying.  Did they go to school of lying and studied the course lying affairs and graduated with a first class degree? aahhbbaa!!! This is too much. Does this happen everywhere or just in Ghana? I really want to know. Let me tell you guys a story. There was this day I gave my cloth to this tailor to sew a dress for me. He told me that by next week it will be ready so that I can come for it. I told him I will be there next week. The following week I went there and he told me it wasn't ready that I should give him another week. I asked him if he was sure. He said yes and I left.  I came back the following week and he told me it wasn't ready. I got furious and I told him to give me my cloth because he wasn't being honest and truthful to me. Even as I am speaking to you a seamstress has my cloth that is yet to be done. Can you imagine? I hate this kind of treatment. Why can't they be truthful for once in their l...
