The Power of PRAYER

There are so many mysteries in this world. The good ones and the bad ones.

Things happen around us that we do not see.

Tell me, do you know what happens around you when you sleep? Hmmm another mystery right

Sometimes we try everything but it seems nothing is working.....hmmm another one

That is why prayer is important

It clears the unseen out of the way

It clears those who are blocking your shine out of the way

It destroys those who want your downfall

It shields you from getting harmed

Sometimes to be great means people have to die in your place because they've been the ones who have been fighting you behind the scenes but you never knew

God in his indefinite mercies gets them out of the way for you to stand tall

Start praying now and believe that all altars risen against you are destroyed

Pray against any obstacles blocking your shine

Pray that God gives you the strength to keep going and keep having faith in him

I know is never easy but the Lord is our strength

He will definitely make a way in our lives and always fight our battles

May we continue to draw nearer to him and let him repair whatever that is broken in our lives

May we take our prayer lives seriously so that the enemy doesn't find a loop hole.

Always remember "BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF PRAYER"

The form One XpeRienCe (Senior High) Part 2

I was told the prep was going to be held at the dining hall since we haven't been given classes yet. I joined a batch of girls at the table and I opened a book to read. Some girls were just talking about what they did after they graduated from Junior high school and some were talking about trending things going on. I was just tired to even talk to anyone by the time I realized I was fast asleep. I don't know how fast the time went. After a while, I heard the siren and that immediately told me prep was over. I took my book and headed for the dormitory but first house prayers were made before we were allowed to enter into our dorms. I got in so exhausted. Immediately, I started packing my things because I didn't want to wait for tomorrow.  I didn't like where I was sleeping. My bed was right beside the door but hey there was nothing I could do since I came late.  Fortunately or unfortunately for me I ended up getting two school mothers; one was in form 3 and the other w...

The Form One XpeRienCe part 3

We got down and stood infront of them. I was told to go to bed since I just came today. The seniors told them to showcase their talents right infront of them. One of them sang a Jordan Sparks song titled 'No Air', another sang a gospel song and one senior said who could sing Brick and lace song 'Love is wicked'. At the time, that song was reigning and was the ish. They were just standing there, no one came forward. I was just lying on my bed and I was singing that song. I didn't know they were listening because I thought I wasn't that loud so when I stopped I realized the place was super quiet. The next thing I heard was 'form one girl get down' . I got up from my bed and stood infront of them then I was asked to sing the song I was singing. I did when I was done, I was asked to go back to bed and that was it. The next day was Saturday and I didn't know what to expect. I got to the bathroom to take my bath and I realized that the bathroom was an ope...

SeamTailor Saga

I don't understand why seamstresses and tailors are always lying.  Did they go to school of lying and studied the course lying affairs and graduated with a first class degree? aahhbbaa!!! This is too much. Does this happen everywhere or just in Ghana? I really want to know. Let me tell you guys a story. There was this day I gave my cloth to this tailor to sew a dress for me. He told me that by next week it will be ready so that I can come for it. I told him I will be there next week. The following week I went there and he told me it wasn't ready that I should give him another week. I asked him if he was sure. He said yes and I left.  I came back the following week and he told me it wasn't ready. I got furious and I told him to give me my cloth because he wasn't being honest and truthful to me. Even as I am speaking to you a seamstress has my cloth that is yet to be done. Can you imagine? I hate this kind of treatment. Why can't they be truthful for once in their l...
