I log onto Facebook and I see guys and ladies lose pounds from 128lbs to 88lbs . I log onto Instagram, twitter and snap chat seeing different transformations. People share their testimonies about dieting and exercising to lose weight. We all try this stuff and most of us fail.I have tried the whole eating without carbs thing and exercising. From the beginning it was okay but it wasn't worth because I never got to my desired weight so I went back into eating those carbs again. I know most of you here can relate. I sometimes ask myself what am I doing wrong? I figured something is definitely not right!  We see these photos of these people and we think we can get there but we can't because they never tell us the truth about how they got there.  The truth of the matter is most of these people use pills and slimming teas to get to where they are and is just a few of them that can admit that, the rest are liars.   I was on my bed thinking about why I started this blog in the beginning and I remembered that I did  because I was bored at the time.  Writing was something I loved doing but nobody was seeing my work because I never posted it for people to read them and also to get views. Now is in the open and everyone can clearly see it. Writing is my passion and I love it among other things.  Most people have desires and things they would want to accomplish but they always want to wait for the right time to do it or sometimes they are indeed scared or shy to come out of their shell to do that one thing that they love. Darling, don't be!!! and please don't say is a total waste of time because its not. If is something you love trust me is not a waste of time but is worth it.It could be acting, designing, catering, singing,modelling etc. Don't do a mistake of waiting for the right time to start doing it because the clock always keeps ticking and never stopping so go for it ...

I have traveled around the continent. I have been to Asia, Africa, Europe, you name it. The cultures differ, the level of thinking, the innovation level is incredible and the like. Human beings tend to think a lot about how to make life better and to be more successful. Human beings tend to aspire more and do more incredible and creative things but how many of them have the kind heart to apply such mindset upon helping the next person. Helping the next person is not only about money or buying the person an expensive gift. Many at times people think helping the next person is about the external part only but the internal part matters a lot as well. Just smiling to the next person can turn a person's sad day into a happy one. Presenting that person with an inspirational book can transform the person's life.
