THE TRUTH

I log onto Facebook and I see guys and ladies lose pounds from 128lbs to 88lbs. I log onto Instagram, twitter and snap chat seeing different transformations. People share their testimonies about dieting and exercising to lose weight. We all try this stuff and most of us fail.I have tried the whole eating without carbs thing and exercising. From the beginning it was okay but it wasn't worth because I never got to my desired weight so I went back into eating those carbs again. I know most of you here can relate. I sometimes ask myself what am I doing wrong? I figured something is definitely not right! 

 We see these photos of these people and we think we can get there but we can't because they never tell us the truth about how they got there. 

 The truth of the matter is most of these people use pills and slimming teas to get to where they are and is just a few of them that can admit that, the rest are liars.

 From now onwards, if you want a desired weight please and please again go to a pharmacist or someone who is good with slimming teas or pills which are good and effective not just anyone or anything. 

 SEEK HEALTH ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!

  I was told the prep was going to be held at the dining hall since we haven't been given classes yet. I joined a batch of girls at the table and I opened a book to read.  We got down and stood infront of them. I was told to go to bed since I just came today. The seniors told them to showcase their talents right infront of them. One of them sang a Jordan Sparks song titled 'No Air', another sang a gospel song and one senior said who could sing Brick and lace song 'Love is wicked'. At the time, that song was reigning and was the ish. They were just standing there, no one came forward. I was just lying on my bed and I was singing that song. I didn't know they were listening because I thought I wasn't that loud so when I stopped I realized the place was super quiet. The next thing I heard was 'form one girl get down' .
