I come from the race of the black people
Black culture
Black ancestry
Prominent people; Dangote, Obama, Ali, Nkrumah, Mandela
The tales of our forefathers
Gives us a sense of belonging
Our skin colour gives us away
Our hair so black and beautiful
And the beating of the talking drum
Makes us move with our waist, hands and legs in sink
We are bold and beautiful
Ambitious and determined
Powerful and Opinionated
Hardworking and Focused
Nothing can deter us
From slavery to bondage
We are still stronger than ever
Paving way for the younger generation
My oh my
Nothing compares to our tasty delicacies
From jollof rice to banku
From Egusi to ob)no
From sadza to Vegetable soup
MMMM......DELISH!!!!!!
Africa a spice of life
Africa a place of versatility 
Africa a place I call home

UPLIFTMENT 2

People always complain that their work is not going well People always attribute their faults to something People always think they have the most problems People always compare themselves to others People always envy others just because of what they have be it money,fame, beauty etc. But you forget that God is the maker and provider of everything He alone can make you successful Many at times we forget to just say thank you to Him. The fact that we are still alive and counted among the living, the only thing He needs from you is your praises The fact that we are not dead, we can still do more and achieve everything if only we call on to Him And make Him the ruler of our lives Just do what you have to do and leave the rest to God Almighty And He will surely deliver if only you believe in him and trust him Don't compare yourself to other people I know sometimes it is frustration but... Natural Hair Craze

The natural hair has been the biggest rave that everyone is doing. Most people do it because they feel is nice, others feel is cheaper to do and others feel it gives you a new look from your regular style. There are a lot of pictures on social media of people's hair, natural hair styles, natural hair care, etc. But what I have noticed with all of this is that people are just doing it without researching about it first so they tend to do a lot of mistakes and end up with really bad hair. When I was told about natural hair, I was told about transition; that is having to grow your hair without having to cut it. With that you see growth and you see two different textures of your hair; natural and perm.
