People share their testimonies about dieting and exercising to lose weight. We all try this stuff and most of us fail.I have tried the whole eating without carbs thing and exercising. From the beginning it was okay but it wasn't worth because I never got to my desired weight so I went back into eating those carbs again. I know most of you here can relate. I sometimes ask myself what am I doing wrong? I figured something is definitely not right! We see these photos of these people and we think we can get there but we can't because they never tell us the truth about how they got there.
